Minutes of Commission meeting held on February 21st, 2006.
Present: Mary vanderberg - Chairperson, Howard Fife, James Wettlaufer, Steven Anderstrom, Rolf Hilbig.
Absent: Pat Caron, Helen Kreiger
7:10 PM Chairperson called the meeting to order.
7:12 PM Minutes of Commission meeting held on February 14th, 2006 were read, accepted and will be distributed.
Also approved letters to Mr Brigham and Mr LaMontain about property (MAP 10 A 6) they own and possible work being performed
near Amber Brook.
7:30 PM Signed Determination of Applicability for 6 Davidson Road - Negative determination.
Signed Certificate of Compliance for 9 Lois Lane.
Signed Order of Conditions for 18 Brandon Street.
Signed Order of Conditions and Procedure Sheet (1046) for Mr. Soper, Sturbridge Road.
7:40 PM Alfred Boudreau presented plans for 115 Sandy Beach Road (R39 F 15.4). The house needs to be raised and a foundation added.
NOI is required. Part of the house is on the Flood Plain.
8:10 PM Scott and Cindy Roman questioning DEP sign (184-124) on property adjacent to property they are seeking to buy on Fenton Street.
8:30 PM Christopher Shackway presented a Driveway Easement Document requested by the Commission before consideration of construction and remodeling can be decided on for 306 Mashapaug Road. Mr Shackway also submitted a Request for Determination. A check was submitted for a hearing scheduled on March 14th, 2006.
Motion to adjourn made by Mary vanderberg, seconded and approved by all. Meeting adjourned at 9:05 PM.
